3.1 Age Requirement. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. 3.3 Accurate Information. 3.4 KYC Verification. p2222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing p2222 is lawful in their jurisdiction. p2222 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p2222 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
4.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed your responsibility unless you have notified p2222 of a security breach in writing prior to the activity occurring.

5.1 Currency. All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on p2222 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p2222 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PKR.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one business day. p2222 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) confirmation that the deposit method used has met minimum activity requirements where applicable; (c) AML screening of the transaction; and (d) confirmation that no Bonus Balance wagering requirements remain outstanding against the withdrawal amount.
5.6 Withdrawal Fees. p2222 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which p2222 accepts no responsibility.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. p2222 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a positive Real Money Balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the Player's registered email address.
6.1 p2222 offers various bonuses, free spin credits, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.
6.2 All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 p2222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it believes the bonus is being abused or has been claimed in violation of these Terms or the promotion-specific terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and, in serious cases, permanent Account closure: (a) opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; (b) coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; (c) using a payment method not registered in the Player's own name to trigger a bonus; (d) placing low-risk hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
6.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash directly. Only the Real Money Balance resulting from a completed wagering requirement cycle is withdrawable.

7.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, server outage, or technical interruption during a gaming session or live bet, p2222 will use its best efforts to restore the session or, where that is not possible, refund the bet. p2222 is not liable for losses arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p2222 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where p2222 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that any prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold or forfeit any Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance associated with the prohibited conduct; report the conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
p2222 operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, identity theft, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant international regulatory authorities. Player accounts involved in confirmed fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and balances forfeited in full.

11.2 p2222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 p2222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. p2222 is not liable for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, device failures on the Player's end, or force majeure events.
